What is the black masterbatch

Black masterbatch is made by stirring the dye and corresponding polyethylene resin carrier evenly, then extruding them through precise co rotating twin screw extruder or plastic mixer, cooling and cutting them into particles. Different production processes, polyethylene carriers, and pigment additives will determine the quality and use of the color masterbatch.

Black masterbatches include PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC, PC, PA, PBT, PU, EVA, etc. They are suitable for most thermal resin injection molding, pelletizing, pressing plates, films, casting films, wires, cables, polypropylene fiber spinning, blowing films, and other processes. They are environmentally friendly, high concentration, and high luminosity injection grade black masterbatches, widely used in industries such as household appliances, automobiles, toys, building materials, hardware accessories, etc.
